- Arhat Yoga is a blend of various yogic systems (Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga, Raja Yoga, Dhyana Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga). It includes various techniques for purification of mind; character building being given utmost importance. They are special workshops with very powerful yet safe techniques for rapid spiritual progress. These skills are further accompanied by practice of higher and very advanced form of meditations.
- Arhat Yoga ( Preliminary) is the first workshop under the Arhat Yoga Program.
